With the alarming statistic that “each year in America, over 1 million public school students arriving in 4th grade are added to the nation’s ranks of nonreaders.” Ms. Watley has joined forces with Education Plus, and has made it her mission to help children overcome these challenges. Together, we can pave the way for a brighter future through the power of reading.

With a strong passion for supporting early learners, she specializes in providing foundational support for beginning readers. Her expertise lies in developing targeted strategies and interventions that help young students build essential literacy skills, fostering a love for reading while ensuring their academic success. Felesha’s work is driven by a commitment to ensuring every child has the tools they need to become confident, capable readers.

Dr. Clarissa Adams is a dedicated educator currently serving as a Vice Principal at 24. With over 21 years of experience in Paterson Public Schools, Dr. Adams is passionate about ensuring all students have access to a high-quality education and resources to support their learning. Outside of the classroom, Dr. Adams enjoys being with her children and dogs, traveling, working out, and going to the beach.
Katherine Vizcaino

Ms. Vizcaino is a dedicated educator currently serving as a Bilingual/ESL teacher. She is also a certified reading specialist. With a strong commitment to student success, she strives to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that fosters academic growth and language development. Outside the classroom, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.​​​

Ms. Winston is a dedicated educator currently serving as a 2nd-grade teacher at Edward W. Kilpatrick (EWK). With over 20 years of experience in Paterson Public Schools, she is passionate about fostering student growth and academic success. Ms. Winston consistently goes above and beyond to ensure her students' needs are met, both academically and emotionally.
Outside the classroom, she enjoys bowling, dancing, shopping (especially couponing), and watching TV shows like Will Trent, Found, and NCIS, which inspire creativity and balance in her life.

Michael Goldberg, the CEO of Education Plus’ mission is to provide a seamless, enriching after-school experience for children in Paterson, New Jersey. With certified teachers from Paterson Public Schools, my goal was to extend the learning day by focusing on foundational skills in reading, writing, and comprehension.
